Subject: project for the establishment of the African Association of Information and Communication Technologies for Development.

Dear Sir,

I have the honour to submit to your attention a proposal of the Tunisian Association for Scientific Research Assistance over the net www.atarsnet.org.tn for the establishment of the African Association of Information and Communication Technologies for Development, a body that brings together international organizations, the private sector, governments and African civil society joined in a regional specialized organization which relies mainly on electronic networks and communication and information technologies to achieve its objectives and aims at:

-       Connecting associations and of African civil organizations and scientific research centers and institutions of the private sector to a core network to facilitate communication and exchange of information and experiences,

-       Developing joint scientific research networks in favour of development,

-       Following-up the implementation of WSIS’s recommendations and Millennium Development Goals,

-       Further addressing the relationship between immigration and development,

-       Establishing relations between African scientists and researchers from inside and outside the African continent and trying to take advantage of their experiences for the success of pilot development projects aiming at reducing hunger, poverty, disease, migration and illegal immigration ...

To achieve these objectives, the Association will adopt the following procedures such as:

-       Creation of databases for African civil society components and its areas of intervention in coordination with the past experiences of other organizations and institutions,

-       Preparation of programs and projects based on partnership between different sectors,

-       Identification of training needs and training on the following to increase the efficiency and performance, especially in the difficult areas of intervention in various development areas,

Dans le cadre de Son partenariat avec le Centre d'Information, de Formation, d'Études et de Documentation sur les Associations IFEDA, le partage du savoir, l’encouragement de la création du contenue sur le net et la réalisation de ces projets,Atars’net organise une session de Formation : Le CMS n'aura plus aucun secret pour vous ! Conception & Maintenance d'un Site Web Dynamique

Objectifs :
Permettre à tout utilisateur de maîtriser la conception, la réalisation et la gestion d’un site Internet dynamique :
Appréhender une communication efficace sur Internet, acquérir une méthodologie de conception de site (analyse des problématiques, définition du projet et du cahier des charges…) et Formation pratique à la réalisation, à l’implémentation et à la mise à jour d’un site Internet avec le CMS .

Public Concerné :
Toute personne désirant communiquer efficacement sur Internet de façon autonome.

Niveau requis des Candidats :
Connaissances générales de l’informatique.

Méthodologie Pédagogique employée :
Alternance d’apports théoriques et d’exercices pratiques. Au cours de la formation, les participants mettent en application chaque point de la théorie enseignée en travaillant sur leur propre projet de réalisation de site Internet dynamique.

Présentation générale du Programme de Formation :
 

• Prise en main et initialisation au CMS en adéquation avec le cahier des charges préalablement défini (intégration, navigation et optimisation avec le CMS).

• Préparation de l'arborescence des éléments textes, graphiques, multimédia...                                   

• Indexation, optimisation et analyse statistiques du site.
